✔ Actively engage with high-profile clients to understand their evolving financial needs and tailor bespoke mortgage solutions.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall departmental effectiveness and achieve organisational objectives.
✔ In depth knowledge of bank credit policies
✔ Proficiencies in interpreting financial statements
✔ Familiarity with the required documentation for diverse client scenarios
✔ Experience with researching & evaluating a range of lenders, products and policies to align them with each client's unique situations
✔ A strong grasp of compliance regulations
✔ Attention to details and dedication to delivering quality work
